CHICAGO - State Senator Bill Cunningham, who represents Chicago and the Southwest Suburbs, is partnering with State Representative Frances Hurley (D-Chicago) and the Illinois Department of Employment Security to host a Community Hiring Event on Thursday, June 28. The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 1p.m. at the Chicago Agricultural High School, located at 3857 W. 111th St. in Chicago.

The Hiring Event will offer job candidates an opportunity to network with employers and discover potential employment opportunities. The aim of the event is to help those prospective employees find work and explore new career fields.
